However it is not always necessary to visit a gym, you can do the exercises by your self as well. For a beginner it is always advisable to start the exercise routine with walking. Walking helps you to warm up the body. Once you are through with body warm up, you can start with your core exercises to reduce the bulk around the abdominal area. This is not as easy as it might sound, but the earlier you start, the easier it would be for you.

You can also try yoga to reduce weight. Yoga employs a number of structural exercises and postures, using which you can stretch your body and make it more flexible. Loosening the fat is very important to burn it. Initially you might find the fat in your abdomen to hang, but slowly as time passes, you will observe a noticeable change in your weight.
